– Follow market situation and production situation of customer through agents and technical team to consult and push sales to get sales volume and sales price target for team each month. 

=> Understand how to read and evaluate market & customer situation; learn the way to talk, discuss, persuade agent and customer to push sales.

– Make stock plan for each SKU every month for our market based on sales history and target volume from management side (HQ) to provide production team. If stock is shortage but urgent shipment, I need to discuss to other market team to arrange using stock or depending on each situation, we can solve in different ways: ask for increase stock, persuade customer to delay shipment with majeure reasons, find another similar SKU and consult customer to use it instead without any trouble,…

– Import: Get information from export country and follow shipments to ensure all import procedures (file Manifest is very important) are smooth without any trouble and restrict maximum raising fees for custom.

=> Understand about import process.

– Export: Collect information to file SI & VGM, transfer correctly shipment info to partner in Import country and follow shipment until it is completed.

=> Understand about export process.

– Provide necessary docs and billing to customer.

 Achievement: I built a formula sheet to save time of calculating billing for customer.
