– Sales and Research: Follow market situation and production situation of customer through agents and technical team to consult and push sales to get sales volume and sales price target for team each month.
=> Understand how to read and evaluate market & customer situation; learn the way to talk, discuss with agents and customers to push sales; understand customers’ insight.
– Demand planning: Make demand supply plan every month for our market based on sales history and target volume from management side (HQ) to provide production team. Solve problems if shortage stock situation happens

=> Understand about export process.
– Provide necessary docs and billing to customer.
Achievement: I built a formula sheet to save time of calculating billing for customer.
